State of the art panels
High Gloss Panels are manufactured by laminating an exceptionally durable decorative foil on a Medium Density Board (MDF). The decorative foil can be Acrylic, PET, or PVC which determines the reflective index and smoothness of the panel. The surface smoothness and density of the MDF core contributes greatly towards the quality of the panel. Most of the panels come in double side or single side with backing material that can be a matching color melamine or a pvc film. Use of these panels eliminates the cabinet millwork done in raw mdf which requires spray painting to achieve the desired finish. High gloss panels bring consistent color and texture to the projects and eliminates the need of labor-intensive processes such as sanding and spray finishing. All manufacturing is done in Europe by quality suppliers and manufactures meeting North American standards.
Super Matte panels are ideal for contemporary and elegant finishing’s. While durable enough to withstand the demands of daily usage, Super Matte panels perfectly match and compliment our high gloss product offerings. These panels come with reflective index of less than 5 Gloss Units (GU) which means very little or no gloss at all on the surface. Combined with our woodgrain texture series, these panels are a gateway to creating stunning modern day kitchens and living spaces. Woodgrain texture panels mimic real wood species in various grain patterns are replacement for real wood veneer finishing’s. Traditional real wood designs came with a lot of sanding, staining, and lacquering and it was very difficult to achieve the consistent color tones and desired finishes. WHAT IS IT MADE OF?
PET coated MDF. PET stands for “polyethylene terephthalate” and MDF for ‘’ Medium Density Fiberboard’’. PET is strong, impact and scratch-resistant, an excellent water and moisture barrier material, plastic bottles made from PET are widely used for soft drinks. The surface is made of PET. The PET surface is applied to MDF with high-tech German technology under high heat and pressure with PUR glue.
HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT
Polyethylene is considered non-toxic, an inert and chemically neutral and recyclable material, is not considered hazardous material. Polyethylene has been extensively reviewed by regulatory authorities and determined to be non-hazardous by normal routes of exposure including skin contact, inhalation and ingestion. Polyethylene does not biodegrade readily in the environment unless it’s chemically modified (Source: ‘’NOVA CHEMICALS’’). Our MDF panels are FSC certified and formaldehyde emission is at E1 (Europe) standard.

MAINTENANCE TIPS
PET surface does not need any high maintenance. It is easy and quick to clean. Suggested maintenance is wiping the surface with damp cloth, microfiber cloths are strongly suggested with spray glass cleaners. No further maintenance or painting required. No harsh chemicals or bleach needed and not advised.
SCRATCH TEST
In the cabinetry market, generally the scratch test has been applied manually by hand nails on to product in order to analyze the resistance of coating surface against scratch. On this basis, PET surface has a high resistance in comparison with competing products.
